Overall Purpose of the Role 

To work closely on the upcoming products within the Grenade^® range, including Clothing, Sports & Food Products.

The role covers managing a product from idea through to launch, approaching projects with a creative and analytical mindset, ensuring seamless product launches through research, strategic planning and implementation.

 Key Accountabilities 

• NPD management into new territories and channels supporting brand growth
• Creating and overseeing development and project management processes
• Creating timelines and roadmaps for developing product
• Supporting marketing campaigns
• Helping build and implement long term product strategy
• Learning about users and product market
• Planning new features and changes to a product
• Supporting Sales Meetings with relevant insight and updates on NPD

Person Specification

• Understanding of Product lifecycle management
• Passion for the brand and adding Grenade flair to work
• Knowledge of supply chain process through to end customer
• Understands values of Grenade and our customer demographic
• Passion, interest, and empathy for the customer
• Analytical approach to work with an eye for detail to ensure all bases are covered in a project
• Creative mindset and able to think outside of the box, we don’t do normal at Grenade^®
• Marketing Degree – beneficial

• An interest in the Sports/Fitness/Nutrition Industry
