Overall Purpose of the Role 

Ensure deliveries of product into the US warehouse, from overseas suppliers, are processed on time and meet all local regulations

Ensure deliveries to customer’s adhere to strict customer compliance utilising both Grenade’s and customer business systems

Manage relationships with external suppliers and internal clients, creating reporting packs and positively impacting service through regular communication, negotiation, and presentation

Responsible for determining the optimum levels of cost and service within operations team, in line with the Grenade^® values and overall business strategy

Support the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams in a rapidly growing business

*Please note that this role is UK based but working hours will be aligned to US times

Person Specification

• From within an FMCG operations environment
• Communication with clients and 3rd party suppliers
• Clear and practical understanding of the Supply Chain end to end role
• Demonstrate practical use of a Tier 1 ERP/MRP system
• Good understanding of process flows and inventory management
• Data: collating, analysing, and reporting results and trends

Desirable

• An interest in the Sports/Fitness/Nutrition Industry
