Overall Purpose of the Role

Based within the UK, this role is responsible for the marketing execution of our marketing plan for North America and ensuring business support is delivered effectively, efficiently, and consistently.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for day to day smooth running of marketing strategy for North America
Establish marketing goals with Senior Marketing Manager based on past performance & market forecasts
Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives
Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information
Develop the content plan off the back of the marketing plan
Run social media channels strategically from content plan; responsible for copy, content and relationship building
Day-to-day marketing implementation of social media
Overseeing and briefing in creative, seo team, ppc and CRM
Ensuring all marketing channels are delivered effectively & efficiently in line with the marketing plan
Report budget, analytics and market trends to Senior Marketing Manager

Person Specification

Bachelor’s degree in marketing
2+ years in Marketing Role
North America knowledge/experience
Strong social media skills
Full knowledge of all marketing channels and their KPIs
Experience with Google Analytics
Ability to write copy and content
Ability to run some channels at day to day level
Excellent self-motivating and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Drive and self-motivation
Flexible approach to work
