Start by taking an ice cube tray – go for a fun shapes for maximum effect! Lightly brush your tray with coconut oil so the sweets don’t stick. Heat one cup of water in a pan and add in 1-2 scoops of pre-workout and a packet of unflavoured gelatin. Simmer for 10-15 minutes and then carefully pour the mixture into your tray. Freeze for an hour and then remove from the tray. Store your sweets in an airtight container.
