What is the Grenade ‘Powered by Protein’ Giveaway?

The Grenade Giveaway is an off-pack promotion that gives you the chance to win a Grenade branded sports kit for your team. There are also 100s of other prizes, including: O’Neill’s Sports vouchers & a 6 month supply of Grenade Protein Bars to be won. Who is the promotion open to?

This Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

When can I enter?

The promotion is open from 1st May to 30th June 2026.

How Do I enter?

ROI: To be entered into the relevant Prize Draw, scan the QR code / visit row.grenade.com/pages/GrenadeIrelandGiveaway and complete the online form with your details (full name, email address, contact number, name and sport of nominated team) and answer the following question: Tell us why your team should win their kit powered by Grenade.
No purchase necessary.

What can I win?

There will be a total of 220 prize winners across the Grenade ‘Powered by Protein’ Giveaway

Tier 1:

There will be a total of 10 winners. 10 Kit Winners will be selected by a panel of judges, from all valid entries.

10 x Grenade branded sports kits (to include training jersey, shorts and socks for max 20 people).
Available sports kits include: rugby, soccer, GAA, basketball, badminton, athletics, tennis, pickleball, rowing, cycling, hockey and fitness clubs.

A personalised Grenade branded team banner (approx. 6m x 2m)

(1 box of 6 Grenade Flavours (6x60g) per player (20 in total) plus 12 surplus cases (60g x 12) per club. Max value €800).

Prize includes a maximum of 20 sport-specific training jerseys, 20 pairs of sports shorts and 20 pairs of sports socks, per 10 winners.

Size preferences and amounts should be given by the winner upon finalisation of the kit design. The promoter will endeavour to provide all size preferences however this is subject to availability.

Tier 2:

There will be a total of 200 €50 O’Neill’s sports vouchers. These can be utilisied on https://www.oneills.com/

Tier 3

There will be a total of 10 prizes of 6 months of Grenade Protein Bars. Each individual prize equates to 180 bars from Grenade Ireland range.

Do I need internet access?

Yes, internet access is required to enter the promotion and to claim your prize.

How do I know if I’ve won?

The draw will be held once the promotional period closes on 30th June 2026.
211 winners will be picked at random from all valid entries using an automated computer program. The winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize, within 21days of initial contact.

Can I enter more than once?

There is a Maximum of 1 entry permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. Maximum of 61 entries per person during the entire Promotion Period. Only one winner per household / club.

Can I win more than once?
